New K9 Explosive Sample Containment Unit Now Available

SJH Projects announces the arrival of its new K9-Safe. This unit was developed at the request of a European police force to provide a more safe and secure means by which to transport the small explosive samples used with sniffer dogs.

The unit combines aspects and design principles from the company’s Mailsafe and Detsafe range, providing insulation to the explosive samples should there be a vehicle fire and blast protection from the samples themselves.

The K9-Safe is bolted to the floor of the vehicle and can be fitted with a padlock to provide physical security in case the vehicle is temporarily left unattended during use.

Follow on orders to this first batch will continue later this year and the unit is now available for other potential users.
