Paper Given at the European AFV Survivability Symposium

In March 2004 Steve Holland gave a presentation on behalf of AML UK Ltd at this prestigious event at the Royal Military College of Science, Shrivenham.

The presentation ‘Blast and Ballistic Protection for the Modern AFV’ focussed on the composite/ceramic technology that will be used on the UK military’s ‘FCLV’ vehicle. This new generation of vehicle will be protected with the proven armour from IBD in Germany, which will be produced under licence in the UK for this programme by AML UK.
