Steve Holland was a speaker at and co-organiser of Bomb and Blast 2004 held at the Institute of Physics in London in November 2004. The focus of the conference was on dealing with mass casualties as a result of an explosion.
The aim was to provide practical advice to those medical staff and emergency planners who may find themselves in the front line come the next event. This may be as a result of terrorism or an industrial accident. As result of demand, the same approach will be used at a sequential 1 day ballistics and 2 day CBRN conference in May 2005.
