It was great fun last night to be a speaker at one of Nottingham’s ‘Pint of Science’ events. The Pint of Science festival is being held all over the country (and other countries) with Nottingham itself having six different locations running in parallel.
Thankfully the three speakers at the ‘Bunker Hill’ pub in Hockley attracted a good audience.
I spoke first on ‘How to Blow Up a Vehicle‘. It was to my advantage having videos of things going bang – always a winner. The quality of questions afterwards showed that at least some of the audience has been listening.
